Paying it forward has been my life motto. There has been times I've been down on my luck and have been blessed with great friends and family that helped me when I needed it the most. Therefore, this my opportunity to pay it forward and give you all a chance to take that same pleasure.
Last night, a dear old friend of mine, someone I consider my brother, has lost everything from a fire that started out from a electrical glitch and escalated to burning down the entire house. The tremendous fire spread so rapidly he could not even go back into the house to grab his car keys, which led the the complete burning of his car as well. He is currently safe and not seriously injured (THANK GOD)! But the only thing he is left with as of today is the boxers he was wearing and nothing more.
Trevor Yagen, for those who knows him or have heard of him is someone I hold dear in my heart for countless reasons. He has been by my side from business to life's joyful moments for many years. He has never once asked for anything from anyone. He is the most kind, genuine, honest and humble person I know. He always has a good heart and never has an ounce of personal motives or cruel intentions toward anyone. He's always willingly and happy to help others even when he has to go out of his way. Doing so, he never speaks any complaints or keeps records.
Trevor Yagen is not the type of guy that would ask for help, throughout the years I have witnessed my friend endure every life's challenges and somehow he always faces obstacles with grace. This because he is truly an angel sent to make a difference in the journey he has chosen. It has been a blessing to know and have this guy in my life. So as my motto "Pay it forward" I ask that everyone to lend a helping hand in any way possible because one day....you might find yourself in need.
Trevor may not say anything, but I know he is experiencing a detrimental time right now.
Let us come together, unite as friends, as a community, as industry associates.....raise funds to help Trevor start anew and get him back on his feet.
