Trevor is fighting back!

On Friday, September 21st,  my cousin Trevor was taken to Hackensack hospital as he was having trouble breathing. Unfortunately things proceeded very quickly and he was put into ICU and the doctors were not optimistic about him surviving the night. He was placed on a ventilator and put into a medically induced coma. He is fighting very hard and we are hopeful he will be able to breathe on his own soon. Trevor is only 16 years old. He is a junior at Pascack Hills HS and on the soccer team. He has just started visiting colleges for next year.  His mom is a single mother who is beside herself seeing her child hooked up to all the machines. It is terrifying for her.  They are fortunate to have a strong family support system to make sure someone is always with him.  The doctors say he could be in the hospital for a month. There will be physical and breathing therapy required as well as tutoring to catch him up on his school work.  The financial burden of this will be debilitating to Teevor's mom. We are trying to help ease some of the burden in the financial area for them.  Please help Trevor and his mom get through this horrible ordeal.
