Trenna’s 2023 Crossfit Games

Trenna Gessell is one of the athletes in 306 Training Grounds and she has earned a spot to compete at the 2023 Crossfit Games this August in Madison, Wisconsin.

Trenna is currently 13 years old. She turns 14 on July 4th making her eligible to compete in the 14-15 year old girls division by less than a month. This also makes her the youngest person to ever qualify for the Crossfit Games! Trenna made her way through the Open, Age Group Online Qualifiers and then Semifinals to earn her spot. In a division where only the top 10 in the world move on, simply earning a birth to the Games is a tremendous feat.
