Tremain Smith Medical Fund

I have been fortunate to know Tremain Smith for 20+ years.  He isn't just a co-worker, he is  my friend.  Over the years I have witnessed Tremain's kindness and generosity.  If Tremain could help in any way, he did and was good on his word.   I started calling him Andy Griffith because he always had a story that related to my problem or some sage wisdom based on his years growing up in the projects.  I'm sure he was just the same with his friends.

Many of you know that he had back surgery in 2017.  He contracted a staph infection and was out of work for 6 months.  We were all hopeful that he would be healed from that one surgery and overcome the staph infection, but it didn't happen.  

After doing all that could be done to overcome the infection and heal from his surgery,  Saturday, January 18, Tremain  had to undergo another surgery.  This is the first of TWO surgeries Tremain will have to treat the staph infection and re-repair the surgical site.  He will be in the hospital for at least 7 days.

Friends, now is the time to help someone who has helped so many.  Money raised will cover what Tremain's health insurance won't and offset the financial burden of time away from work.
