My name is Micah Pexa. In 2018, I thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail (2190.9 miles, 14 states, 223 days) in order to combat human trafficking in northern Thailand via the NGO Friends of Thai Daughters (FTD). FTD uses education and safe shelter as a preventative means to keep young women out of the reach of human traffickers. These girls recieve free room and board in a safe house, and free education all the way up through university in order to get their lives moving in a much more positive direction. With your help, we can raise the awareness and money necessary to impact and improve even more lives in the region.
