Hello Friends of the Romanian community in Denver, CO
We are doing this fundraiser to raise funds for a dear friend, kind and humble person of our Romanian community who is going through some very difficult moments in life due to illness.
There is a lot of factors that are making this situation even worse and negatively affecting this person's quality of life including: being a single parent with a young child, not having any close relatives here for support, having to miss a lot of work due to complications related to the chemo treatment, risk of losing medical insurance and, as all of these were not already enough, recent loss of a parent (back in Romania).
The funds raised will help cover primarily medical costs and will tremendously help with morale, confidence and belief that we look out for each other and help each other when in need.
