Northwestern Treblemakers' 2025 Asia Tour!
Donation protected
The Treblemakers are Asia-bound! We are Northwestern University's first and only East Asian interest a cappella group, and we have been sharing our love of music with audiences on campus, in the greater Chicago area, and internationally since 2004. Our members hail from all over the world, including China, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, and various parts of the United States. In addition to performing songs in English, we specialize in performing music across multiple East Asian languages, such as Mandarin Chinese, Korean, Cantonese, and Japanese.
From March 22nd to 31st, 2025, the Treblemakers will be flying to Singapore to tour one of the most multicultural hotspots in the world! Our upcoming tour in Singapore is more than just a series of performances – it's a journey of cultural exchange and musical exploration. Through performances, workshops, and forums for dialogue with high schools, universities, and the local community, we aim to foster connections, build bridges, and inspire unity across continents. We hope this ten-day tour can bring together people of diverse ages and backgrounds through a mutual appreciation for music and celebration of Asian cultures.
Please consider helping us make this tour possible by donating today! Join us in this opportunity to support meaningful music and Asian American representation in the arts. This trip will cost each of our members an estimated $1900, including transportation, housing, and food costs. Every gift towards our fundraising goal gets us closer to making this trip a reality. Your contribution will help provide an invaluable learning experience and an incredible opportunity for all of our members. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for your generosity and your support!
