Treatments and Recovery

My name is Greg Thompson. I have been a single dad for 20 years and have 2 wonderful kids and 2 wonderful grandsons. About 5 years ago, I began with cancer issues in my kidneys. I recently had my 6th and 7th surgery at OSU James Cancer hospital for my deteriorating spine and kidney issues. The surgery was required to be able to walk in the future. I have spent well over $180,000 out of pocket in the last 5 years and this surgery was also significant in cost! I lost my job due to Covid 19 and the fact that I have no range of motion and can hardly walk with the pain. I am waiting on my Social Security which is a slow process. I am just looking to help fund my next rounds of kidney flush and treatments to assure that I can have the opportunity to rebuild once I heal as much as possible. These funds will allow me to continue to support myself and my kids. I appreciate all the thoughts and prayers from all my friends and family. God is in control and he will provide! First of all, I want to thank everyone for all the continued prayers and thoughts. The very tough battle rages on, but I will never concede when God is on my side. I have had a medication implant for morphine and for medication to keep the kidneys functioning. However, the latest biopsy shows several masses in the esophagus. I will continue to fight and I would ask that you continue to fight with me! I ask that you help me any financially if possible, but more than that, I need your prayers. God is good and with him ALL Things are Possible.
