
Cancer treatment for Taylor

Our Grand Prairie Fire Department's beloved ATF Canine - Taylor was provided to Grand Prairie Fire Department to assist in fire investigations, is being treated for cancer. We are asking for your assistance in continuing Taylor's treatment.
**ALL DONATIONS WILL BE TAX DEDUCTABLE**
The funding will go directly to the following:
Continued cancer treatment for Retired Taylor, i.e. Ongoing CT scans, surgery to clean out remaining tumor tissue in nose.
Any treatment that arises from a recurrence of the cancer.
Right now it is a wait and see if the radiation killed the cancer tissue. The CT's will monitor every 3 months for any tumor growth. CT's will be performed for at least a year checking the tumor. Surgery will be done around the 6 month mark. Surgery will clean out remaining tumor tissue and any tissue around the tumor that may present an issue in the future.
Any extra funding will go to Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences
for assisting in medical care of Arson dogs that become ill while working in this field. The Taylor Dog Arson Cancer Fund.
