Urgent: Treatment for my Autistic nephew

Hi, my name is Zamira. My brother-in-law has two sons, one of which is Autistic. His name is Alvin. He is 7 1/2 years old and is non-verbal. His mental state is that of a 2-year-old. Alvin has difficulty sleeping, expressing himself, and doesn't play with other kids. These are just a few symptoms of his autism that effect there every day lives. Alvin's mother is his primary caregiver and as any mother, she is very concerned about her son as he has not progressed with any therapy or medication that he has received since his diagnosis as a toddler.

We are looking to raise money for a stem cell treatment in the country of Georgia that will cost more than $20,000 + in hopes of trying to improve his daily life. This treatment has to happen before his 8th birthday in December. If we can raise enough money, we can make this treatment happen at the end of September.

I have spent the last 5 summers with them and it breaks my heart to see the family struggle with trying to meet Alvin's needs. He is a fun, loving boy and we would do anything to see him be able to say a word or play with his brother and cousins.
