Treatment Costs for Aaron's Stage 3C Cancer

Hello everyone, my name is Rebecca Conner and my husband Aaron Conner was diagnosed with Upper Rectal Cancer on December 22nd 2023. We recently discovered through a CT Scan and MRI that his cancer is Stage 3C. The cancer has spread to 6 of his lymph nodes in his abdomen which causes him pain daily. He also had a DNA test showing that he is positive for Lynch Syndrome. The Drs are concerned that he has stomach cancer as well and we are waiting for the Upper Endoscopy test to be done to determine if he does or not. In the meantime they are concerned that he will also get pancreatic cancer in the near future. 

We are a family of four with my husband being the soul provider. We are only in our 30's and our children are very young (girl 6, boy 3) There is treatment for Aaron, but it comes at a cost. The Immune Treatments are gonna cost us $5,000 out of pocket and that's only for the treatment. He has to get screened every 6 months to monitor the cancer and make sure that it is going away, if not then he will have to do Chemotherapy and eventually surgery. Treatment is going to affect his work (truck driver) as he will be home sick from the side effects. If he is not working than he is not bringing in money to pay the everyday bills plus all the medical cost for his treatment, tests and Dr visits.
