Treatment and Surgery for our Baby Girl Stormy

Hey everyone!! As you all now Stormy is our fur baby and she means the WORLD to us!!! We are obsessed with her and she is obsessed with us. She is the sweetest and most lovable dog ever. When I took her out to go potty this morning she was running up a hill and just completely lost the use of her back legs. I rushed her to a emergency trauma vet center. They got her pain level under control and did X-rays. Nothing is broken which means she has something neurological going on. The neurologist isn’t at this hospital today. So she will be seeing the neurologist tomorrow. And we should have a final diagnosis then. But they are already talking about a couple different surgeries she might need depending on the injury. One of them might be spinal surgery. They are already quoting us $10,000 for all the imaging, hospitals stays, and surgery. This is completely out of our capability. We hate the thought of having to ask family and friends to help cover Stormy’s medical treatment. Otherwise we will have to make the difficult decision of putting her down because of the financial cost and her quality of life without the use of her legs and 24hr care she will need. We are a emotional wreck right now over everything going on. I will keep everyone updated. Please keep Stormy in your prayers.
