Tre Salazar’s road to recovery

My name is Andrea Watkins, I am creating this fundraiser in hopes to help my son in law, daughter and grandson with rent, utilities, medical expenses, hotel fees for his wife and son to be closer to him at this difficult time and any other expenses that may occur along the way. Their happy little family of three has been drastically and suddenly affected as of 04/09/2025. Two young and new parents that have been pushing towards their goals with no one stopping them all came to a halt when in less than a minute a careless driver not paying attention made a huge impact on their lives. Due to this, it will to be nothing less than a journey ahead with new milestones and goals to reach along the way. Tre recently started a new job a few months back that he absolutely loves. He loves his new position at work and was progressing, striving, learning new things, excited and just simply happy to get to work everyday when a head on collision, due to a careless driver abruptly put things to a sudden pause. At this time, he had to be life flighted to a major trauma center. We are so very blessed and thankful that he is still with us, although we have no estimated time that he will remain in the shock trauma ICU unit with multiple life threatening injuries, 3 broken limbs with extrusions, broken pelvis , internal injuries, broken neck, ribs and multiple surgeries to come. If you know Tre he made it his number one priority to provide and take care of their family of three. There is no estimated time frame of when he will complete his recovery as well as physical therapy down the road and be able to return to work. Despite the circumstances and seriousness of his injuries he is still worried about his job and when he will be able to return. Any amount of donation will be greatly appreciated, there is no amount that is to small, as everything will help on his road to recovery.
