Dear Family, Friends & Those Who Know Travis & Mickey Austin:

My cousin, Mickey and her husband, Travis were on vacation with family, while Travis was running with grandchildren while carrying a cooler on his shoulder. He tripped, fell on the cooler & sustained some pretty rough injuries. He broke his Right Clavicle (Shoulder Bone that goes from the Neck to Arm) & 3 Ribs, one which Punctured his Lungs.

Travis was successfully operated on yesterday which involved Inserting Rods & Pins in his Right Clavicle to hold it together & securing his Ribs while he mends. The problem is Travis does physical work, which requires the use of his arms & hands, especially the Right Hand. For the next 6 weeks Travis will be UNABLE to use his Right Shoulder or Hand so he can heal properly. He is the main bread winner in the family so they are in for some hard times without Friends and loved ones like YOU!

For this reason, I am asking those who love these two, who know the love and kindness that Travis and Mickey give to the world, their generosity and willingness to help others in need, these they really need our help now. He has a long road of healing, a mountain of medical bills on the way, and Mickey who runs her own cleaning service will most likely have to step away to care for him while he recovers. Something like this usually brings out the best in people, so we will appreciate anything you can give or do to Help!
