Hello, my name is Tassia, and I am a close friend of Allysa and Travis. I’ve known them for many years and have seen the strength and courage they’ve shown through Travis’s long fight with a brain tumour. This is now his third battle, and it is the hardest one yet. Allysa and Travis would never ask for help themselves, so I felt I needed to create this fundraiser for them.

Over the years, Travis has gone through multiple brain surgeries and two rounds of radiation, including Gamma Knife treatment in Toronto. Sadly, the tumour has come back again—more aggressive than before. With each return, the options become fewer and riskier. Another surgery would be extremely dangerous, and right now the focus is on saving his eyesight and giving him the best chance at recovery.

Travis is currently undergoing very specialized testing that costs over $15,000 to help find a treatment plan. He has also started high-dose IV infusions, which are very expensive but showing real promise in fighting this type of tumour. The financial strain is overwhelming, especially since Travis may not be able to work for up to a year while he goes through treatment.

What matters most is simple: Travis being here with his family and getting to watch his girls grow up.
