On Monday July 16th, 2018 - Travis Magee while headed home from work, was involved in a terrible motor vehicle collision. The collision occurred on Sunnidale Road, just East of Wilson Dr.
A vehicle heading West, lost control, and collided head on with Travis. The impact was unavoidable. During the collision, Travis suffered serious fractures to both legs, left arm and face. He was airlifted from scene to Sunnybrook hospital, where a team of doctors awaited his arrival.
Travis almost immediately entered surgery, for his left arm and right knee/leg; the surgery continued late into the night. He is scheduled for additional surgery on his left knee/leg within the next 48 hours.
Travis has a long road of recovery ahead of him. Without the ability to work, this puts added financial burden and stress on his Fiance (Hayley) and young son. With this Gofundme, the intention is to help assist with travel expenses, food and other incidentals that may arise.
