Supporting Travis Hyde's boys
Donation protected
**UPDATE - This GOFUNDME was deleted after 30 days. This has been re-opened due to family requesting that in lieu of Flowers for Travis's service, they are requesting any donations be made to this GoFundMe to support his boys. Anything donated will be put in an account that was opened solely for them. If you have already donated, again, thank you! The prior GoFundMe raised $1,770.00, which was so generous, and we are very thankful to those who already donated. For those asking, the kids did not receive any form of Life Insurance or any other funds with his passing. Any funds will be put into an annuity to assist the boys with college, cars, housing, or anything else they may need when they become young adults. ***
As most of you know, In the early hours of November 16th, 2023 Travis left this world suddenly at the young age of barely 38. Travis leaves behind two beautiful boys who everyone knew were his entire world.
Travis was well known in the Prescott area and made sure everyone knew how much of a proud dad he was of those boys. Colby (age 11) and Connor (age 9) looked up to their dad for his funny personality, cowboy attitude and great laugh. They loved when he would take them shooting, roping and romping through the woods.
Anyone who knew Travis knew that he never met a stranger. He would do anything for anyone, he wanted everyone to be He was well loved and for obvious reasons. Unfortunately, there was nothing left after Travis's passing to help the boys or the direct family with everything they have to deal with, along with the huge void that is now left by Travis' absence.
This GoFund me is being setup to help him support his kids even after his passing. Anything helps, even a kind word in the comments or a funny memory that you have with Travis. Colby and Connor are working on a scrapbook, any photos you can share, I know they would love to have of their dad.
This GoFundme was setup with the permission of Shawna. Travis and Shawna remained close and kept a great relationship while co-parenting the boys. The last thing Travis would want would be for anyone to struggle, he had big hopes for the kids and we know he wanted to be here to witness every stage of their life. Colby and Connor will always remind us of Travis' favorite last words to them any time he was with them or on the phone with them, and I know if he could, he would say it forever - "I love you, Buddy"
