Dear friends and family,

Thank you for taking the time to read about my cousin Travis. Travis is such a faithful servant of God, he is a son, a brother, an uncle, a nephew, a cousin, and a friend. Travis doesn’t know a stranger and would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need.

He was born with complex congenital heart disease that has led to a lifelong journey with challenges related to this. In early childhood this was treated with various surgeries. However, his journey ultimately led to requiring a heart transplant. He last received a heart transplant 13 years ago, and has been blessed with some of the best years of his life. He is now 32 years old.

It is with such sadness and total hope and faith, that I say he is in the process of being listed for another transplant. We are so thankful for advancements in medicine throughout Travis’ life.

Unfortunately, Travis is experiencing life threatening complications with his current heart that has escalated to requiring ECMO-a life support machine-in the ICU. We have faith in the expertise of his medical team at Vanderbilt University. We know this will be another long, challenging hurdle for Travis and his family. Any contributions will go directly to Travis and his parents to help support them during these unfathomable circumstances. Funds will help relieve the financial strain that medical bills will cause during these traumatic times.

Please also add Travis to any prayer chain as our family trusts in the Lord and His plan.
