Through my eyes...

My name is Angela, and my journey has been anything but easy. At 16, I became a mother, and just two weeks before my son was born, I lost both his father and my own father on the same day. That loss sent my life into a spiral—growing up, I was in and out of foster homes, battling trauma and adversity at every corner, raising my baby sister while my mother struggled with her own challenges. I dropped out of high school and have never had the chance to travel or see the world beyond a few nearby states. But through it all, I've held onto a dream: to experience the beauty of the world and share it with others.

Now, at 45, I'm working hard to put myself through college, studying computer science and cybersecurity, paying for everything out of pocket with no outside assistance. I've lost many friends and family to addiction and hardship, and I know there are so many people out there—kids in hospitals, people facing illness, or anyone who can't travel—who dream of seeing the world, too. That's why I'm starting this GoFundMe: not just to fulfill my own dream, but to bring the world to those who can't experience it themselves. I want to live stream my travels, let supporters help choose my destinations, and even take special requests from those in need, so we can all experience these moments together.

I've learned that sometimes, those who have been through the most pain and struggle end up with the biggest hearts. Despite everything, I've always tried to stay strong, keep goodness in my heart, and see the best in people. My love language is giving and helping others, and I want to use this journey to bring joy and wonder to people who need it most. Whether you're too old to travel, facing illness, or just need a little hope, I want you to experience these beautiful moments with me. Through my live stream, you'll see everything as it happens—no editing, just real life, with all its ups and downs. I'll describe every taste, every emotion, and every adventure, so you can feel like you're right there with me. If anyone wants to join me as a companion, I'd love that too, but for now, I'm setting out on my own, hoping to build a legacy of connection and kindness.

As an artist, I love to draw, create charcoal portraits, paint landscapes, and write poetry. Along my travels, I'll be sharing my artwork and poems with my supporters as a way to give back and show my appreciation. I want you to know how grateful I am for every bit of encouragement and support.
