My name is Toni. I’m originally from Wagoner, Oklahoma, but I've been living in Dallas, TX, on and off for a few years. I’m currently living in TX along with my two daughters and their kids.

Currently, my beautiful mother, Cathy Rankins, is fighting for her life. She has been diagnosed with liver cancer, and unfortunately, the cancer has spread to her bones and brain. Doctors are giving her two weeks to live. Cathy was always out mowing yards, working on cars, building something to make money, and since she’s been sick, she hasn’t been able to work and is now struggling.

Her kids (Toni and Jeffrey Rankins), grandkids, and great-grandkids were the love of her life, and she was absolutely, wholeheartedly a family person. She means the world to my kids.

My family and I are trying our hardest to save money to make it down to Wagoner, Oklahoma, to set up funeral arrangements for my mother. I’m currently living in an alternative apartment, which is a hotel. It’s really hard to save money to go to Wagoner, OK, since rent here is due weekly. I know my mom would love to see her grandkids before she passes. Anything y'all can donate to help with the trip and funeral expenses is greatly appreciated. All funds will be used for travel and funeral expenses.

UPDATE: Cathy has passed on 9/11/25 around 10:40pm on a Thursday. Donations are really appreciated right now. We are trying to get home to take care of the funeral arrangements for Cathy my mother.
