Travel for surgery in Santa Monica

My melanoma has returned in my head and I am returning to have more surgery in Santa Monica, CA. Because of flights and other related expenses like Uber from airport to SM and one night stay before check into the hospital on Oct 29th, I am estimating these expenses to be about $1500.  After surgery I will be staying in Santa Barbara with friends in their guest house but will have to return to the hospital for a check up and then my release to return to Boston and home. 
I appreciate any amount you may be able to contribute
to help me. Since I have had five previous surgeries at this hospital with these doctors, I feel confident this is where I need to go again.  At Mass Eye & Ear they did not do this surgery. Many thanks. ❤️❤️
