Travel Expenses to Poland for a Documentary Film

I am a Creative from Tacoma, WA, a Member of SAG/AFTRA since 1978 & an Investigative Journalist & Editor since 1976 in Phoenix, AZ.

When the War in Ukraine started, I was requested by Producer Anna Ouspenskaya to create a Video for Tax-Deductible donations to Help the Children of Ukraine.

I will film this piece, as the War is ongoing & Putin is still bombing cities, destroying the Infrastructure and interrupting Wheat supplies the World so desperately needs and bombing the Infrastructure leaving the people with no hot water, no electricity, in need of wood stoves, blankets to survive the frigid temperatures through the Winter Months.

My Goal is to document, and Film Broadcasts Live & submit to US Global News Media outlets and once in the CAN submit to National and International Film Festivals!

The groundwork has been laid by having a Polish Family to host, Film Crews and Musicians secured, Interviews set up, and locations identified!

An Infant Child was killed as Putin deliberately targeted a Maternity Ward!

The Children are the ones that are the real victims and suffering the most and will be traumatized long after the War ends, becoming Orphans that will need to be adopted and taken in by Loving Parents to give them the opportunities that we all share and once Martial Law is lifted they will become eligible for adoption.

I will be in the Country for three months to put the Film in the CAN for Distribution to the Motion Picture Industry and International Film Festivals!

$1800 for the ask is to cover my rent for one month, so I have a Home to return to once the Project is completed.
