Hi, my name is Sadie. I'm fundraising for a tune up for my car to be able to take Lance to the start of many appointments with specialists.
He has been recently diagnosed with Autoimmune polyendocrinopathy. Which combines at least 3 autoimmune disorders. He has currently been diagnosed with Addison's disease, Type 1 diabetes, and is positive for autoantibodies for celiac disease. If you would like to know more of each condition I have provided a link for each one.
I would like to tune up my car ( tires, hub bearings, gasket valve cover etc.) to take him to his medical appointments of Pediatric Endocrinologists, Gastroenterologist and Diabetes educators.
Thank you all for reading about Lance's new and confusing chapter of his life. Through all these difficult diagnosis, Lance still manages to keep a smile on his face, and has a positive and humble attitude. I couldn't ask for a better son than Lance, and of course his other half, Leandra, is the greatest sister and daughter anyone could ask for. I love them both with everything I have and more.
