Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Hearts,

It is with heavy hearts that we share the sudden passing of our beloved brother, Fred Di Giacomo, on Christmas Eve following what we expected to be a routine surgery. He was a loving father and grandfather, a pillar of strength in his church and a support to all who knew him. His unexpected death has left a hole in our hearts that words cannot describe.

Unfortunately, due to their current circumstances, his daughters, Tara and Cassie, and granddaughter, Sydni, are struggling with the financial burden of traveling to California for his memorial and related expenses. Tara recently relocated to the house Fred and their mother had just bought to help her mother care for her Dad. Cassie left her job to be with her Dad as his condition worsened following the initial surgery and follow-up surgeries and procedures in numerous fruitless attempts to get him onto the road to recovery. His granddaughter, Sydni, was just married in November.

As a family, we all want to honor his memory and be together to lay him to rest, but the cost of travel, especially during these difficult times, is a hardship we simply cannot bear alone.

We are humbly asking for your support to help cover the costs of travel, accommodation, and other expenses so that they can be there as a family to say their final goodbyes. No amount is too small, and every contribution will help more than you can imagine.
