My name is Christopher Hall,

I am 28 years old, I live in the small town of Greenwich, New York.

Since age 5, I have battled an undiagnosed leg disability that inevitably resulted in me being limited to the use of a wheelchair at age 15. After 22 years, we found out that I am battling a rare genetic disorder called IBA-57 mitochondrial disorder, that less than 100 people globally suffer from.

I have let nothing hold me back in my life, disability, injuries, illness, hardship, nothing.

As most of you know, I am an avid hunter. At age 23 I decided to take up bow hunting, which quickly lit a fire inside of me for what I now call my passion of target archery.

I have always been a person to aim for the stars when it comes to my goals and do whatever it takes to achieve them. In 2022 my goal was to harvest a Cape buffalo in South Africa. My wife and I did just that. It was a very humbling experience that I put so much work into behind the scenes.

This year is no different, I will be trying out for the 2024 United States of America Paralympic archery team. This requires me to travel to Phoenix, Arizona to shoot the first leg of the Paralympic trials Starting on 04/05/2024 and the final leg of the trials in Newberry, Florida on 05/13/2024.

Ever since I started competing in archery, the paralympics have been something I told myself I needed to do. I have never worked so hard mentally or physically to prepare for something. Preparing for something you want so badly, will truly show you what you are made of, even at your weakest of moments.

I recently lost my position at a local car dealership due to restructuring of the business. I am asking for the help of my followers and supporters to get me to and from these tournaments as travel and lodging are extremely

Expensive for these events. I never in a million years would have imagined myself asking for help.

They say it takes a village..I know how strong and tightly knitted the archery community is, and I am so thankful for all of the friends/family I have gained in the past 5 years. I want to truly thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart for the continued support over the years and taking the time to read this.
