Help BANKAI Get to the Men's Roller Derby World Cup 2026!

Hi, I’m BANKAI!! from Wales Roller Derby, and I need your help getting to the Men’s Roller Derby World Cup 2026 in Orléans, France.

Getting there won’t be easy financially — the costs of travel, accommodation, and gear repairs are adding up, and without some serious help, I may have to take out a loan just to make it. That’s why I’m reaching out to my derby community and supporters like you.

Why This Means So Much to Me

This will be my third attempt at making it to the World Cup — and I’m more determined than ever.

Attempt #1: I made the team, trained hard… and then broke myself. (Not skating — running. Classic, right?) There’s even video proof if you want a laugh:

Attempt #2: COVID hit just months before we were supposed to go. On top of that, I lost my job, and every penny I’d saved went to staying afloat.

Now, it’s third time lucky — and I’m going all in to get there!

If there’s anything left over, I’ll put it back into the roller derby community — whether through volunteering, coaching, or gear support for others who need it.
