Hello friends and family!
Next summer (2019), I am planning to travel to Costa Rica for two weeks to teach English to local children. This is a requirement for my degree in Liberal Studies. I am pursuing a career as an Elementary School teacher, and this opportunity will be an amazing experience for me to grow and learn.
As most of you know I am a full time student at SDSU. My time is limited and it is difficult for me to have a job, and would hate to put it all on my mom at this time to pay for my travel expenses. My goal is to raise $2500, which would cover my flight and housing expenses.
This would mean a lot to me, and would help out tremendously. In return, I will be journaling my experience and will share it with all of you!
