I never imagined I would have to write something like this, but today I do it out of love… for Pax.

Pax is not just my dog. Pax is my family, my loyal companion, the one who has been by my side during my happiest days and also in my darkest moments. His love has been constant, pure, and unconditional.

In the past few months, our lives have completely changed. Watching him sick, weak, going through pain, tests, surgeries, and treatments has been one of the hardest experiences I have ever had to live. Every night I have felt afraid of losing him. Every day I have fought with all my strength to give him one more chance.

I have done everything in my power, because when you love this deeply, you do not give up. But the veterinary expenses have been very high and continue to grow. Today, with my heart in my hands, I need to ask for help so I can continue covering his treatment and give him the care he needs to heal.

I created this GoFundMe campaign with the hope that kind-hearted people may be able to help us. Any contribution, no matter how small, can make a real difference in Pax’s life. And if you are unable to donate, sharing this post would also mean so much to us.

Pax deserves to keep being here. He deserves to keep running, wagging his tail, asking for food, staying by my side, and giving love the way only he knows how.

Nunca imaginé tener que escribir algo así, pero hoy lo hago por amor… por Pax.

Pax no es solo mi perro. Pax es mi familia, mi compañero fiel, el que ha estado a mi lado en mis días más felices y también en mis momentos más oscuros. Su amor ha sido constante, puro e incondicional.

En los últimos meses nuestra vida cambió por completo. Verlo enfermo, débil, pasando por dolor, exámenes, cirugías y tratamientos ha sido una de las experiencias más duras que me ha tocado vivir. Cada noche he sentido miedo de perderlo. Cada día he luchado con todas mis fuerzas para darle una oportunidad más.

He hecho todo lo que ha estado en mis manos, porque cuando amas así, no te rindes. Pero los gastos veterinarios han sido muy altos y continúan creciendo. Hoy, con el corazón en la mano, necesito pedir ayuda para poder seguir cubriendo su tratamiento y darle la atención que necesita para sanar.
