Trapped in a Failing Home, Need a Fresh Start

As some of you know, I moved into a little Denver house in December. The owner was communicative and kind and assured me that the property was maintained and ready. I did my due diligence, asked the right questions, and was mislead.
I got a lemon, guys!
Since I have been here, there have been floods and major plumbing issues, the sink backed up into my face twice, and there is a serious amount of black mold in the bathroom and the basement, and the house is also caving in, so nothing sits flat on the ground. To top it all off, landlord said he had it professionally cleaned, but instead, it has about 100 years of dirt and grime. It’s been so overwhelming to try to manage this and work and be a person, and despite my best efforts, the owner is not interested in making this right.
I need to get out of here and into something safe, and I can’t afford to put down another deposit and first month’s rent and moving expenses. If you can relate to getting a lemon when you thought you were getting something sweet and reliable, please consider helping. This is a vulnerable position to be in, and I really, truly appreciate my community ♥️
