Hi everyone, This is My dad Wesley Robert Schilling. He has been in a terrible car accident. I'm trying to raise money to help him with Medical expenses and recovery Medicare is denying all long-term facility in Indiana Iv appealed it twice , which she's still on a ventilator, the only place that's accepting him as Arizona., I found out if I was to transport him here, it's 27,000up front they said they'll pay it back, just for the ambulance ride... My dad cant move. he is paralyzed pretty much he can move his fingers n toes. . Broken neck. irregular heart patterns, also on oxygen. He's on a ventilator and trake in his throat, can't breathe on his own he's too week n tired hen he's not sedated any more, he is coherent and can open his eyes and give thumbs up thumbs down. the fact that the Airlift was 65000 dollars, a piece for him and Sandy, they were both unconscious it's costing 10000to20000 a day in the hospital for my dad. Medicaid is gonna come after bank accounts immediately, so I'm trying to help raise money for medical and trying to make sure that they can't take his house and all his money, but from what I've been told, they will wipe his bank accounts out. The guy that hit my dad only had a 25000 dollar policy, a huge rap sheet with a bunch of felonies. So that pretty much tells you how that's gonna end. I hired my dad, a lawyer. But you know, people will try to claim bankruptcy once they get sued for situation like this. I am also trying to handle paying for a lawyers private investigator to search out the information, if the guy has esstate's or cash accounts also I will have to hire a Medicaid lawyer from what I'm told that is very expensive, so he doesn't lose his estate I would like to thank everybody who has contributed and helping prayers and thoughts, and just being caring and loving, this is gonna be an extremely long road, my dad will beain facilities for long time.
