Mom had swelling in her knee due to an infection/virus called Epstein Barr Virus.

This virus ultimately turned into an auto immune type disease called

Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis, or HLH. She spent 2 weeks in OSF until she was transported to Loyola Medical Center in Chicago 2 weeks ago. HLH has quickly attacked all of her internal organs,

including major strokes and bleeding on

the brain. We are looking for help to

Transport her remains back to Rockford

and help with funeral costs.
