Car for Emma to get her to hospital visits

My daughter in law has had breast cancer and now has 3 brain tumours my son had a accident writing of hes car .he went through insurance he will have no car but also owe the £1000.00 to finance .
Emma has gone down hill and need some transport to get her to and from the hospital.
She was taken in reasonally into hospital her sats were bad transferred to resus. Her oxygen level 71, heartrate 135, temp 38.2..... just had a chest xray. And phenomena
I am asking for help to get them transport to make it easier for hospital visits Emma has 5 children and a vehicle would really help them
