LIVER TRANSPLANT FOR KAYREE
Approximately 4 weeks ago, they started testing him because he started to have yellow skin. After almost a month, he is now admitted to a Philippine hospital and based on medical results, he urgently needs a liver transplant.
They do not know specifically what he suffers from, but for now they tell us that Kayree suffers from acute liver failure and as a consequence of all this Hepatic encephalopathy produced by the arrival in the brain of toxic substances accumulated in the blood that normally should have been eliminated by the liver.
We have started this initiative, because in the Philippines healthcare is NOT public.

Hola soy Maite, os presento a Kayree de 7 años, sobrino de mi marido, vive en Filipinas con toda su familia.
Hace 4 semanas aproximadamente empezaron a realizarle pruebas por que empezó a tener la piel amarilla. Después de casi un mes, está ahora ingresado en un hospital de Filipinas y según los resultados médicos, necesita un transplante de hígado urgentemente.
No saben concretamente lo que padece, pero por ahora nos dicen que Kayree sufre de insuficiencia hepática aguda y como consecuencia de todo ello Encefalopatía hepática. producido por la llegada al cerebro de sustancias tóxicas acumuladas en la sangre que normalmente deberían haber sido eliminadas por el hígado.
Hemos arrancado esta iniciativa, por que en Filipinas la sanidad NO es pública.
Todos los que quieran aportar cualquier cantidad será muy agradecida.
Quizás no se pueda recaudar el total de lo necesario pero cualquier ayuda es buena.
