I have been on the Kidney Transplant List at TGH since October 2014. I was diagnosed with glomerularnephritis in December 2010 and started dialysis shortly thereafter. I was able to keep my life together for 7 years working as a server at Jimmy's Fish House on Clearwater Beach. In the last few months all that has changed, I am scheduled for surgery and won't be returning to work any time soon. This is where you come in, the process to receive a transplant is not only difficult emotionally and physically but financially.
