Hi, I'm Natalie, though most of you probably know me as dtothefourth.

As a lot of you are certainly aware back in 2020 I came out as transgender and have been working through the process of transitioning over the last two years.

And I've reached the point where I am starting to branch out into surgeries and treatments as part of that and discovering just how much money all of this can cost!

Right now I am spending or expecting to spend...

$150 a month on meds and tests

$600 a month on laser

$500 a month on vocal coaching

$11,000 on fat transfer surgery

$4000-$35000 on bottom surgery depending on insurance

$35000 on facial feminization surgery

And if you do just a little math that is actually still... well over the goal here. And I also don't expect to come anywhere close to that goal but I just wanted to give a little idea of how much money all of this is taking right now.

Not to mention the costs of like rebuilding a wardrobe from scratch and everything else.

Normally I really don't like asking for help on this kind of stuff, especially since arguably I am doing better financially than plenty of others but... I am trying to get over that a little bit and learn to lean on people just a little more so I appreciate anything anyone is willing to chip in to help keep this from totally draining me. <3
