My name is Jade Vogelsang and I have been transitioning for over 15 years. I was born in Everett, Washington and raised in Kent. Washington. I have waited my whole life to get Facial Feminization Surgery and Body Contouring Surgery .

Please help me transition out of incarceration. I spent the last 2 years in jail and unable to transition medically. While in Jail I faced serious discrimination and was denied Gender Affirming Care.

Since being released I've made it my goal to complete my medical transition.
