We are trying to raise funds for the literacy crisis our youth face daily in lower-income communities, low-provisioned, and at-risk areas all over the globe. We are tackling the crisis one book, one haircut, one barber/mentor at a time. I started this in my hometown at my barbershop, Central Station Barbershop & Grooming, in St. Petersburg, Florida.

We've created a safe space for young boys to read aloud in front of strangers. We promote financial literacy by allowing the parents to open a separate bank account when they start to save for their high school graduation.
