Transform Network — Igniting Futures for Women & Girls in Nigeria

This November, Transform Network will be travelling to Nigeria to deliver urgent outreach to women and girls facing trauma, hardship, and limited access to support. Many of the young women we’ll meet have survived gender-based violence or are navigating their education under extreme pressure. This mission is essential, time-sensitive, and focused purely on empowerment and intervention.

We will be leading safe sessions for girls affected by domestic or gender-based violence, offering life skills, confidence-building support, and healing-centred discussions. These sessions give them tools to rebuild and space to be seen. We will also visit several under-resourced schools to teach on aspiration, career pathways, and confidence, helping girls envision a future beyond their current limitations.

Transform Network will provide direct support to girls experiencing financial and personal hardship, including help with school fees, hygiene essentials, and development resources. We will also run a skills and leadership workshop for young women, strengthening self-esteem, communication, and goal-setting so they can take practical steps toward stability. A videographer will document the mission responsibly to ensure transparency and long-term impact.
