Hello, I'm Viviene, the Founder and Company Director of Construction and Engineering Opportunities (CEO). My journey in the construction and engineering industry has been marked by resilience and a deep commitment to social responsibility. Today, I'm reaching out to you to help support a cause very close to my heart: providing educational courses to refugees, giving them the tools and opportunities they need to thrive.

My Mission

Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to breaking down the systemic barriers that hinder the progress of marginalized individuals, especially women and those from the BAME community. I have faced my share of discrimination based on race, gender, and limited advancement prospects. These challenges only strengthened my resolve to create positive change. Through CEO, I have been able to offer young people skills and opportunities not typically available in mainstream education.

As an entrepreneur, plumbing and heating engineer, teacher, and motivational speaker, I have used my diverse experiences to shape the lives of countless young people. Now, I want to extend this transformative impact to refugees. By offering mentorship, qualifications, and practical work experience, I believe we can empower refugees with the tools they need to build sustainable futures and integrate successfully into their new communities.
