Inspired by the courage of our cherished daughter and sister, Madison, who bravely faced Dup15q Syndrome with unwavering strength, the Live Like Maddie Foundation is dedicated to transforming the lives of individuals and families affected by rare diseases.

Our mission is to empower these individuals to flourish by providing essential financial assistance and comprehensive support services. We believe every individual deserves a life filled with dignity, respect, fulfillment, and joy, and we strive to help them achieve their fullest potential.

The Live Like Maddie foundation provides financial assistance for purchasing medical equipment that is not covered by insurance. Examples include specialized wheelchairs, adaptive strollers, pulse oximeter and other equipment that enhance independence and life-sustaining monitoring.

The Live Like Maddie Foundation also provides Medical Travel Reimbursement Grants, these Grants are designed to support individuals and families affected by rare diseases who need to travel for specialized medical care. We recognize the financial burden associated with long-distance travel for treatments, consultations, and surgeries, our grant provides up to $1,500 of assistance to cover transportation, accommodation, and related expenses.

100% of donations will go to our Warrior Families.
