Transform Bentase School's Bathroom for 250 Kids

Donation protected
This is a middle school bathroom in Bentase, Ghana. This is a school that currently serves 250 students, and the situation is far from ideal. It's not only a health concern but also lacks the dignity our children deserve. The condition is so poor that most boy students choose to avoid using it altogether, opting instead to relieve themselves in the woods, which creates additional challenges with community hygiene, as one can imagine.

Imagine being a 12-year-old girl managing your period with this shared facility. The lack of privacy can lead to students missing school during this time, causing them to fall behind in their studies.

We have the opportunity to change this. With the support of our partners, we already have donations for toilet seats and a roof. Now, we need your help to complete the project. We're raising funds to dig out the existing facility, lay concrete, and build proper stalls that offer the privacy and dignity every student deserves.

Please join us in making this much-needed improvement for this middle school in rural Ghana. Your support will directly contribute to creating a safer, more dignified environment for these students.

I'll be collecting funds and sending them over to our friends in Ghana to do this work.
