I'm an Army Veteran who spent years being overweight, sick, and depressed after I got out. I was lucky enough to find my way to better health and a level of freedom I never knew was possible in my 50's. Over the last decade, I've dedicated myself to helping people all over the world find the same level of freedom. Now, I want to give that opportunity to other veterans.
Over 8 million veterans have diabetes and even more are diagnosed with fatty liver disease. Obesity, sarcopenia, hypertension, and metabolic syndrome are major causes of death in the veteran population. The Veterans Administration Health System is completely incapable of improving the health and quality of life of our veterans. It's time we do what we can to make a difference. Please join me in helping just one veteran (for now) change their life.

The Plan
We want to raise $3500 to completely cover the cost of 12 months of Virtual Metabolic Care working with Dr. Tro and his clinical care team.
Once the money is raised, we will work through social media and our networks to find a veteran who is challenged with conditions of poor metabolic health. We'll take nominations or people can apply for it themselves.
Whoever is chosen will be connected with the team at Toward Health and begin their journey to health and physical freedom.
