Many of you know Ashleigh — one of our incredible coaches, whose passion, positivity, and strength inspire everyone around her. We are raising money for the charity that has been helping Ashleigh through her incredibly tough time. Coach Ash said:

“It’s with great honour that I choose Lymphoma Action as our boot camp charity. This is extremely personal to me as I have been diagnosed myself with cancer.

Lymphoma isn’t usually spoken about as a common cancer as it mostly affects younger people.

It is a mutation of cells that seems to happen by chance.

I have learnt that cancer doesn’t discriminate.

It has been one hell of a journey already, and there is still a long way to go.

You never expect your life to be turned upside down, but somehow you find the strength to keep pushing forwards.

The support and love I have received from everyone around me is overwhelming, and this will stay with me forever.”
