My Son, Samuel's Cranial Surgery

Greetings. My name is Corey Louzon and I am a resident of Walkerton, IN (yes, the same Walkerton that is world famous/infamous for pizza).  On January 17, my wife, Tina, and I were blessed with our second-born son, Samuel.  He is a happy and healthy baby boy but was born with a condition called metopic synostosis; meaning his forehead bones fused together while in-utero which leaves less room for his brain to grow.  Because of this, we will be going down to Riley's Hospital for Children in Indianapolis on April 21st for surgery.  As a result, my wife and I will miss about three weeks of work due to the doctors wanting us to stay at home with him should an emergency arise post-operation.  We have no vacation time to use, so we will have to go without a paycheck, save for my part time job at Four Winds Field in South Bend, for that amount of time.   All I am asking for is enough money to help with our living expenses as well as what we owe for the surgery and week-long hospital stay.
