Trans Woman of Color Fleeing Anti LGBT Country

I am creating this on behalf of a a friend of mine who needs to flee a hostile and dangerous environment to trans people. She says the following...

"My name is Britney Karanja Ndungu, 32 years. I'm a Trans Woman in Africa Kenya, my family disowned me at my tender age when they realized I was LGBT. I had to elope to the city from the village simply because no one wanted me close to them, lived in the streets on Nairobi, as I grew I met other LGBT people where I was Introduced to sex trade since gets a job as a visible gay person was hard, at least to make livelihood where I was raped numerous times and a lot more harassment from the city clerks at night. Sex work landed me to bad state of testing HIV+, I'm being attacked every time and threatened to be killed. I survive in the hands of well wishers and need to flee my country and go seek asylum far away to a place where Transgender people are recognized,and at least start a new life and start my transition process.
