Emergency Aid Requested - Transgender Woman Escaping Life-Threatening Housing Situation

TL;DR: I'm Tyler (Storyboards), a transgender woman in Los Angeles, in immediate danger. My former roommate is stalking, harassing, and assaulting me. My name is Tyler Mead. I am a proud transgender woman, and a singer/producer/songwriter known professionally as Storyboards. I am urgently seeking $5,000 from my community to help me escape an unsafe living situation where my life is at risk.

Since November 2024, I have been stalked, harassed, and assaulted by a former roommate who sublet at my house. This individual has a history of dangerous behavior. He is unpredictable and dangerous due to heavy drug use. Without provocation, he has repeatedly trespassed on my property, threatened my life, slashed my tires (twice), and physically assaulted me. I am currently in the process of obtaining a restraining order, but until that is in place, I am not safe in my own home.

This situation has put my life and my housing at immediate risk, and due to unforeseen circumstances, I need immediate help. Funds will be used for first and last months rent, moving expenses, and security deposit for a new, safe location within the Los Angeles area.

Historically, I have always been able to handle issues like these on my own. However, I am now 3 years into my medical transition, and hiring discrimination against trans people has affected my livelihood. I am in desperate need of community support, and I am calling on my community in this, my time of need.

Every dollar donated towards my goal will go directly to helping me relocate and find immediate safety from this threat. Additionally, if anyone has any work opportunities available in the Los Angeles area, I would be deeply grateful for the opportunity to earn the money myself.
