What is Trans is beautiful PSA: This PSA will feature 6 trans identified individuals from different ethic backgrounds. Each of the subjects will share their mantra’s on what makes them feel beautiful. Imploring the audience to stand up for TRANS rights and to share what makes them feel beautiful using the hashtag #transisbeautiful on social media platforms. The PSA will also implore the audience to get connected to local orgs which will be listed in the credits.
What will the money be used for
$100.00 will purchase five trans is beautiful shirts from http://transisbeautiful.storenvy.com and five shirts will be donated by founder and owner Devin-Norelle
$960.00 will be divided with the (6) crew members and (6) cast member paying each of them $80.00 for (12 hr shoot ).
$180.00 will provide a $15.00 lunch/ dinner stipend to the (6)cast and (6) crew. If you or your company would like sponsor lunch/dinner please contact me directly via email listed below
$500.00 will provide pick up and drop off service for cast and crew ensuring everyone arrives and return home safely.Public Service Announcement Fundraiser

Dear Community Members & Allies
My name is Daniella Carter. I’m very honored to say that I’m one of the faces of this years NYC Women’s March. I’m an internationally known activist and public speaker. Much of my work can be seen online on platforms such as TED, TEDX , MTV , and MSNBC just to name a few . I have also spoken at many universities raising awareness about youth homelessness and transgender issues . I believe it is important for me to take my platform from being the only one at the table , and extending it to the men and women who need their stories to be heard, to help raise awareness about the everyday experiences transgender people face. Not just the exceptional voices of perseverance, the way my experiences have been shared so many times. While things are getting better for me , I can’t help but to think about how my brothers and sisters who are still enduring the struggle simply trying to exist in a world that constantly invalidates and tries to erase them. So I’ve decided to become a producer at BRICTV . Helping create awareness and extend opportunities to my community. I‘m currently trying to produce my Trans Is Beautiful PSA commercial set to air on the local Brooklyn network BRICTv. While accessing the studio isn’t the problem. Oftentimes creators tokenize the narratives of trans people and don’t compensate them for their time and their stories. As an openly identified trans person of color producer I’m trying to change the narrative and with your help that will be possible. Please if you can’t donate money, but maybe know someone who can help with food services or transportation that is more than enough.
