Trans girl's lost nearly all -- & 359 mistreatment instances

Donation protected
Hello there!
Since coming out as a transgender woman, I've

... lost nearly everything, including my siblings and business, and almost entirely, two ... other individuals.
... been mistreated 359 times, including being discriminated against routinely. That includes in shelter (I've had no choice but to have fentanyl around me). It also includes having been sexually assaulted twice.

Anyone who donates $2.75 will get one month free of behind-the-scenes content creation updates. And as the donation amount increases, more details/content, and for longer. I'd just need your email address. Details here: https://www.patreon.com/c/user/membership?u=15252858

I don't do drugs (or even smoke or drink) and won't do prostitution.

It seems clear I've been stalked twice, verbally abused 12 times, sexually assaulted twice, and harassed 28 times (17 times sexually). (For what it's worth, regarding the assaults, I was sitting in a kitchen and seeking treatment at a hospital.) I’ve endured emotional abuse seven times and had a gun brandished in front of me. Also, I’ve probably been discriminated against 102 times. (That includes by X and a library and doctor; on Reddit; in speech pathology, in pharmaceuticals, by Upwork and a Sephora employee and three times by homeless shelter staff; a manager of a mental health clinic for queer folks; twice each by surgeon’s offices and in work; five times in hair removal; nine times in transportation; and three other times by Airbnb, etc. besides from the staff.) Also, I’ve endured hate speech, deliberate misgenderings, and other hate incidents 205 times. (I know the number because I've been a good journalist and been documenting.)

And that’s just among the left-leaning Los Angeles-area community, in the past 25 months, after I came to the area as a gender refugee, seeking access to gender-affirming care. Where I've only been able to get 2.6 procedures compositely.

Zero results have resulted from seeking relief.

Examples:

Nichelle Christopherson is a former St. John’s Community Health lawyer. She was given a Stop the Hate grant to help with victims of hate incidents.

She refused to litigate for me. She said she litigated for others.

Christopherson told me to not contact her anymore when I asked her for proof of a claim she made and pointed out that she said she uses the grant to litigate.

Further, Tim Frederick, a special investigator in the City of Los Angeles Civil + Human Rights and Equity Department, dismissed what seems clear is smoking-gun discrimination.

Further, as I sought legal help, a Los Angeles County Bar Association staff member hung up on me when I corrected them over their gender reference, after I'd made my gender clear to her. Even though I made clear that I understood why she misgendered.

I called her supervisor about the problem, but wasn’t called back. And on a follow-up call, a bar staff member told a California Civil Rights Department representative to just check out the bar’s website.

Also, I’ve been misgendered in general about five days per week. That includes about two-thirds of the time even after I correct people on my pronouns.

Even though men have, always, gotten the gender references right when flirting with me.

Also, the number of times people have been upset with me is way higher than before I came out.

And it isn’t even close.

(I’ve sought therapy. However, three therapists haven’t shown up to work.)

Prior to coming out, I lived in Utah for family. But then that fell apart. (It’s among other non-Los Angeles-related issues.) Thus, I moved to LA. (Literally moved -- I was paying rent.) Above all else, I was certain that gender-affirming care would be covered in Los Angeles County. (I would have if I’d thought to, but I didn’t even check online about that before driving to LA.) I was also certain that being openly myself wouldn’t be too rough for me.

I didn’t even consider that the City of Angels would be incredibly less paradisical than I expected.

After all these problems, my mindset on this has been overhauled.
