Trans ex-Mormon trying to escape BYU

I enrolled at BYU after becoming ex-Mormon, but before I knew I was trans. I thought I could suppress myself well enough and for long enough to graduate. Now that I know I am trans, it is clear to me that this is impossible. This suppression of my true self has utterly crashed my grades and worn me down so much that over this past year, I have more or less constantly hoped to die.
Die or transfer is the choice for me now. I have chosen to transfer. But because I am hard-pressed to pay rent, I have a hold on my BYU account, so I can't obtain transcripts or afford application fees. I have a job, but it pays poorly: just $252 per paycheck. The transfer deadline is the 15th, and I don't get paid until then. I would greatly appreciate any help.
Allotment of expenses:
- $400 for application fees
- $50 for BYU transcripts
- $550 to help pay late charges:
-- $300 for (overdue) March rent
-- $250 for (overdue) March meal plan
