Tram Dao Emergency Fibroid Surgery ( myomectomy)

Tram is my cousin ( daughter of my mom’s brother)  and she is in emergency to have myomectomy( fibroid removal surgery). Couple days ago she had severe abdominal pain and went to get an ultrasound and blood test and the fibroid is getting big and she needs it remove as soon as possible. Her family is also in financial hardship and will not be able to afford this surgery fee. Tram will be hospitalized tomorrow ( as I am writing this 6/5/2021) and she has no insurance. Tram lives in Viet Nam and they having another lockdown of Covid19 and she lost her incomes due to this reason. Please help! 
this picture is the result of her ultrasound ( in Vietnamese) but the result said multiple fibroids the uterus.

Con viết những dòng này là viết cho người chị của con đang gặp khó khăn về kinh tế mà chị lại đang cần được phẫu thuật gấp để mổ u xơ tử cung. Chị bị đau bụng liên tục và ra máu. Chị hiện tại không có bảo hiểm và sẽ nhập viện vào ngày mai. Gia đình của chị hiện cũng đang gặp rất nhiều khó khăn. Tất cả mọi sự giúp đỡ chúng con đều rất biết ơn.
